Every JABO product starts in the digital world. We believe that great design is born from solving a problem with clean lines and minimalist forms. Using advanced 3D modeling software, we meticulously sculpt and refine each product, testing every curve and angle for both function and beauty. This digital-first approach allows us to innovate and perfect our designs with incredible precision before any physical material is ever used.

The Build: The Art of the Layer

Once the digital blueprint is finalized, our advanced 3D printers begin their work. Unlike traditional manufacturing that cuts material away, 3D printing is an additive process—it builds your item from the ground up, one intricate layer at a time.

You may notice very fine lines on your product. This texture is the signature of the 3D printing process, a unique fingerprint left by the machine that tells the story of its creation. We embrace these layers as a mark of modern craftsmanship that distinguishes your item from mass-produced, molded plastic goods.

We primarily print with PLA, a durable and plant-based bioplastic, which is a more sustainable choice without compromising on quality or finish.
